- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum of three years of related work experience
- demonstrated project management and event coordination experience

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience or training
- three or more years of related work experience
- experience in project management and event coordination

Job Duties
- Manage and support cross-functional projects led by the Office of Communications' Internal Communications unit
- coordinate and manage special projects and campaigns within the Office of Communications
- lead planning, coordination, and execution of onsite meetings and events
- provide leadership and oversight for documenting, planning, executing, and evaluating projects according to timelines and budgets
- work with project sponsors and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure quality control throughout project life cycles
- provide scheduling support for the executive director of Internal Communications
- perform independent analysis and reporting on Internal Communications funds and budgets
