Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- prior experience managing projects in exhibitions or events
- familiarity with event booth production and show-site processes
- excellent communication skills
- proficiency with excel
- ability to multitask and problem-solve in fast-paced environments
Job Qualifications
- prior experience as a project manager, ideally within exhibitions or events
- knowledge of show-site production processes and vendor management
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- comfortable with excel
- experience with aluvision is a plus
Job Duties
- manage entire production phase of projects
- conduct site surveys and ensure quality standards
- prepare drawings and vendor orders
- lead kick-off meetings and monitor show floor progress
- collaborate with account managers, traveling supervisors, and vendors
- maintain continuous communication with clients
- support post-show debriefs and cost reviews
