Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in signage, construction, or project-driven environments
  • Proven project management skills involving multiple stakeholders, phases, and vendors
  • Solid knowledge of construction methods and jobsite logistics
  • Comfortable working in office and active jobsite environments
  • Willingness to travel regionally or nationally
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • Familiarity with permitting, engineering, and installation
  • Proficiency with project management software like KeyedIn
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and shifting priorities
  • High attention to detail
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Physical ability to walk job sites, climb ladders, lift up to 30 lbs

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in signage, construction, or another project-driven environment
  • Proven ability to manage projects involving multiple stakeholders, phases, and vendors
  • Solid understanding of construction processes, jobsite dynamics, and subcontractor coordination
  • Strong communication, leadership, and time management skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Familiarity with permitting, engineering drawings, ADA compliance, and installation planning
  • Proficiency in KeyedIn or comparable project management systems
  • Ability to adapt quickly, manage shifting priorities, and handle multiple high-demand projects simultaneously
  • High attention to detail and ownership of project outcomes

Job Duties

  • Manage a portfolio of signage projects ranging from standard single-site installations to larger, complex, or multi-site rollouts
  • Serve as the field liaison when needed, applying practical knowledge to assist with sequencing, issue resolution, and vendor oversight
  • Manage all aspects of Pre-Sale and Post-Sale project support, including project planning, scheduling, documentation, and budget tracking
  • Attend client and contractor meetings – sometimes onsite - to support key phases and ensure alignment with current field conditions
  • Organize and lead project meetings, including Kick-Offs, Job Reviews, and Work-in-Progress check-ins
  • Coordinate permitting, engineering, surveys, site visits, subcontractor work, and all vendor logistics
  • Manage the installation phase of projects, including field walkthroughs, punch list completion, and overall quality control
