Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in signage, construction, or project-driven environments
- Proven project management skills involving multiple stakeholders, phases, and vendors
- Solid knowledge of construction methods and jobsite logistics
- Comfortable working in office and active jobsite environments
- Willingness to travel regionally or nationally
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Familiarity with permitting, engineering, and installation
- Proficiency with project management software like KeyedIn
- Ability to handle multiple projects and shifting priorities
- High attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license
- Physical ability to walk job sites, climb ladders, lift up to 30 lbs
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in signage, construction, or another project-driven environment
- Proven ability to manage projects involving multiple stakeholders, phases, and vendors
- Solid understanding of construction processes, jobsite dynamics, and subcontractor coordination
- Strong communication, leadership, and time management skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with permitting, engineering drawings, ADA compliance, and installation planning
- Proficiency in KeyedIn or comparable project management systems
- Ability to adapt quickly, manage shifting priorities, and handle multiple high-demand projects simultaneously
- High attention to detail and ownership of project outcomes
Job Duties
- Manage a portfolio of signage projects ranging from standard single-site installations to larger, complex, or multi-site rollouts
- Serve as the field liaison when needed, applying practical knowledge to assist with sequencing, issue resolution, and vendor oversight
- Manage all aspects of Pre-Sale and Post-Sale project support, including project planning, scheduling, documentation, and budget tracking
- Attend client and contractor meetings – sometimes onsite - to support key phases and ensure alignment with current field conditions
- Organize and lead project meetings, including Kick-Offs, Job Reviews, and Work-in-Progress check-ins
- Coordinate permitting, engineering, surveys, site visits, subcontractor work, and all vendor logistics
- Manage the installation phase of projects, including field walkthroughs, punch list completion, and overall quality control
