Job Requirements
- Preferred bachelor's degree or at least 5 years of experience in electrical testing and engineering services
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
- Able to perform a variety of tasks
- Able to lead and direct the work of others

- Experience in client relationship management
- Capacity to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently
Job Duties
- Facilitate with business development
- Support sales representatives in bid meetings, bid walks, and proposal development
- Manage client relationships upon receipt of orders
- Coordinate with project coordinator on project initiations
- Collaborate with project management team to develop project teams and assign personnel
- Coordinate with field supervisors on project planning and execution
- Send project kick off emails to project teams
- Perform and/or participate in project kick off meetings
- Coordinate with field supervisors on equipment assignments to projects
- Monitor projects to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and completion within budget and deadline
- Review project activity reports submitted by field supervisors
- Coordinate with field supervisor on work scope variances and change orders
- Assist field supervisors with project challenges
- Escalate personnel issues to operations manager
- Review field service reports to ensure technical accuracy and identify business opportunities
- Submit field service reports to clients
- Review and approve subcontractor and client invoices
- Prepare account modifications as necessary
- Coordinate with project coordinator on closure of projects
- Perform project debriefs
- Review and update project schedules
- Participate in management, planning, safety, and WIP meetings
- Generate weekly project summaries
- Work with operations manager and sales representatives to provide input
- Coordinate on invoicing, past dues, and collections
- Update backlog reports
- Participate in operational and SSP meetings
- Generate monthly project summaries
