- Bachelor's degree or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification
- 1 year of relevant experience

Job Duties
- Serve as liaison between students, faculty, College of Medicine and Medical Education Department
- assist students with academic planning, developing and achieving goals and provide resources for career guidance
- develop and maintain the Faculty Advisor program
- serve as primary advisor to campus student organizations, campus activities and community
- gather materials, distribute and coordinate logistics and implement formal orientation program for new students
- serve as student advocate and informational resource for students seeking academic and personal support services
- maintain student records including health record, credentialing materials and student permanent files
- maintain software systems
- provide information and assist with requests from the Office of Student Affairs
