Job Qualifications

- knowledge of cleaning machines including extractor, hi-lo speed bonnet and buffing machine, spot extractor, wide area vacuum
- ability to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
- attention to detail with good organizational and efficient time management skills
- consistent professional attitude and behavior with effective listening and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining flexible and efficient
Job Duties
- shampooing and extracting carpets
- cleaning grout, windows, and furniture
- executing special cleaning projects as assigned
- working independently with good communication and organization skills
- lifting heavy items consistently
- covering shifts for houseperson or public area attendant as needed
- maintaining brand cleaning standards
