Job Requirements
- University degree preferably in an engineering discipline
- 10-15 plus years experience managing capital projects with increasing responsibility and complexity
- ability to coach and develop resources
- strong analytical skills
- excellent communication skills
- proven ability to complete major projects
- knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Project preferred
- ability to analyze data
- ability to solve problems
- experience in manufacturing or related environment
- preferred TPM experience

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Coach and manage project managers preliminary in project development including charter development
- assist in development of pre-project approval documents including project charter, project management plan, project kick start, estimate and milestone schedule creation
- monitor design progress and deliverables adherence
- coordinate bid package development and construction bidding
- select contractors and contracting methods based on engineering methodology
- direct and execute installation, construction, and commissioning of projects
- manage adherence to project scope and secure change approvals
- control project budget and provide cost forecasts
- maintain project milestone schedules
- manage data collection and feedback
- ensure compliance with quality and GMP requirements in accordance with FDA and OSHA
- provide construction management and plant startup assistance
- evaluate and select contracts for construction firms through bidding
- provide end-to-end project management with minimal supervision
- monitor work output from less senior engineers
- provide technical support to factory operations
- support Nestle Continuous Excellence (NCE) and Total Performance Management (TPM)
- ensure safety attitude and compliance
- contribute to safety strategy development
