Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, business/public administration or related field
  • Minimum one year experience supporting federal grant programs or equivalent
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of website and digital content management practices including ADA/WCAG standards
  • Skill in managing online platforms including survey and event registration tools
  • Ability to analyze data and prepare detailed reports
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and use sound judgment
  • US citizenship as required by funding agencies

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, business/public administration, or related field
  • At least one year of experience supporting federally funded grant programs or related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools
  • Knowledge of website and digital content management practices including accessibility standards
  • Experience with online platforms, survey tools, workflow systems, and event registration software
  • Ability to analyze digital engagement data and prepare decision-making reports
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
  • Preferred experience with Wix Studio, Drupal, workflow automation, API integrations, Qualtrics, Whova, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Familiarity with Python scripting or automation tools preferred

Job Duties

  • Coordinate program initiatives and digital resource development
  • Provide guidance to student assistants and interns on digital communication tasks
  • Maintain scheduling, workload tracking, and performance standards for projects
  • Ensure compliance with grant, sponsor, university, and accessibility standards
  • Prepare reports and documentation related to outreach and digital engagement
  • Coordinate digital resources connecting community, academic, and government stakeholders
  • Provide technical and digital support for major events and virtual sessions
  • Support data collection, analysis, and reporting for program studies and surveys
  • Edit materials to meet branding, accessibility, and style guidelines
  • Prepare briefs, evaluations, and reports related to program outcomes
  • Attend departmental and partnership meetings to provide program input
  • Perform other duties as assigned
