Job Requirements
- Minimum two years hospital project management experience
- Typing and advanced computer skills
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Physical ability to lift, push, pull, and stoop
- Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as needed

- Four-year degree preferred
- Minimum two years hospital project management experience
- Typing and advanced computer skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

- High tolerance for stress and task interruptions
Job Duties
- Coordinate and maintain support for all buildings including tracking real-time productivity and pre-planning requests and scheduled work
- Support design and layout of public and office spaces, patient room condition maintenance, and manage space for misplaced items, lighting, and upholstery inspection
- Maintain task seating standards including replacement, repair, refurbishment, and warranty management
- Plan and coordinate pre-construction and post-construction activities including equipment and furniture logistics and pricing negotiations
- Oversee artwork selection and placement, support large events with the Public Relations team, and monitor space planning and allocation
- Conduct rounding for environment of care
- Manage warehousing, storage areas, patient room furniture and equipment organization, surplus equipment inventory and logistics, and interior plants agreement
- Perform clerical and secretarial duties including filing, maintaining personnel files, invoice processing, hazardous waste and chemical manifest management, scheduling pickups, timekeeping edits, and supply ordering
- Prepare reports for environment of care and infection prevention, monitor linen processes, and coordinate privacy curtain installation, cleaning rotation, compliance, and risk assessments
