Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of hospital project management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
- Physical ability to lift, push, pull, and stoop occasionally
- Flexible schedule availability including some weekends and overtime
- Ability to work with a variety of people at different organizational levels
Job Qualifications
- Four-year degree preferred
- Minimum two-year hospital project management experience
- Proficient typing and advanced computer skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- High tolerance for task interruption and stress
- Ability to collaborate with diverse groups of people
Job Duties
- Coordinate and maintain support for all hospital buildings and spaces
- Support design and layout of public and office spaces in collaboration with architects
- Maintain condition of patient rooms through regular rounding, lighting, and upholstery inspections
- Manage furniture replacements, repairs, and warranties
- Plan and coordinate logistics for pre-construction and post-construction activities
- Organize and maintain warehousing and storage areas for equipment and furniture
- Provide clerical and administrative assistance including invoice processing, maintaining personnel files, and scheduling hazardous waste pickups
