Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 or more years of relevant experience
  • Ability to work on call during assigned projects
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
  • Ability to multitask under pressure
  • Positive attitude and professional conduct

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or equipment rental
  • Experience with heavy equipment or power HVAC rental preferred
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Computer proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Wynne experience preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Coordinate rental operations, logistics, and administrative support for live events
  • Place high-volume equipment orders with emphasis on Wynne and logistics
  • Work alongside PC team to source equipment within Sunbelt's fleet
  • Escalate sourcing issues to team lead
  • Build and manage QM Sheet, advising on schedule deviations
  • Perform contract administration and review including load in/load out schedules
  • Update Smartsheet to track project status
  • Monitor KPIs and identify trends for improvement
  • Identify and resolve operational issues promptly
