Job Duties

  • Collaborates with the Associate Vice President, Development, and Advancement Leadership team, along with external consultants as needed to develop an overall strategic plan for an integrated campaign model that supports the mission of the university
  • Assists leaders and teams in planning, coordinating, and managing tasks and projects as a part of a multi-year, multi-faceted fundraising campaign
  • Works with other team leaders, monitors and updates the campaign plan and prepares regular progress reports on completion status of campaign tasks
  • Schedules and supports Campaign meetings and donor strategy sessions
  • Plans, coordinates, and manages campaign activities including campaign volunteer meetings, campus-wide campaign education summits, and a comprehensive program of volunteer recruitment, training, and development
  • Assists with recruiting, training, and managing campaign volunteers
  • Manages budget with leadership for campaign activities/events, stewardship and other items as needed for success
