Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years administrative experience
- Experience in commercial construction preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong troubleshooting skills with computer systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Willingness to engage with students
- High level of integrity and professionalism
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in commercial construction
- Certified Professional Secretary (CPS) certification is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint (MOS Certification preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with computer systems and office technology
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and within a team
- Willingness to engage with students and serve as a positive role model
- High level of integrity and professionalism required
Job Duties
- Perform administrative duties and tasks for multiple capital projects simultaneously
- Maintain accurate records and track project documentation from planning through close-out
- Support the Capital Review Committee with scheduling, documentation, and reporting
- Serve as the subject matter expert for PeopleSoft and Construction Management Software
- Assist Project Managers during the close-out phase, including financial reconciliation and documentation
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and create reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Handle electronic filing, contract and purchase order data entry, and office management duties
- Identify and resolve workflow issues to ensure smooth project execution
- Provide high-quality customer service and collaborate effectively across departments
