Job Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of project coordination experience required in commercial construction
- preference for candidates currently working in commercial construction, restaurant construction, or a general contracting environment
- strong understanding of construction processes, terminology, and documentation
- demonstrated experience managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project closeout documents
- proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- clear written and verbal communication skills
- ability to submit a project portfolio showcasing relevant commercial or restaurant construction work
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Coordinating contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout documentation
- assisting Project Managers with scheduling, budgeting, cost tracking, and procurement
- communicating with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams to keep projects on schedule
- maintaining accurate records in project management software
- supporting permitting, inspections, and compliance documentation
- preparing reports, meeting notes, and project updates for stakeholders
