Job Requirements
- 2 year university education in engineering or related field
- 4 year university degree in another field or equivalent work experience
- Working knowledge of objectives, processes, and procedures of the applicable subunit
- Ability to coordinate laboratory staff and scheduling
- Understanding of test standards and testing technology
- Effective communication skills
- Willingness to travel to client sites or other UL locations
- Adherence to company code of conduct and security practices
Job Qualifications
- 2 year university education in engineering or related field

- Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects and laboratory activities
- Basic understanding of test standards and certification processes
- Effective communication skills with internal teams and customers
- Ability to assist in determining project specifications and requirements
- Experience or willingness to learn continuous improvement methodologies
- Capable of adhering to company code of conduct and security protocols
Job Duties
- Serve as a project lead for basic test programs
- Coordinate laboratory activities and instructions to lab staff
- Schedule testing and review lab work to meet project deadlines
- Study and understand test standards, testing technology, regulations, and certifications
- Assist team members with performing basic test procedures
- Support team in managing communication of project status to customers
- Collaborate with sales team to determine project specifications
- Integrate continuous improvement techniques in project and document management
- Travel to client sites or other UL locations as needed
- Follow Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and security practices
- Perform other duties as directed
