Job Duties
- Coordinate and oversee quality and containment activities on-site
- support mechanical rework operations and ensure adherence to specifications
- communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, and inspectors to maintain workflow and resolve issues
- ensure project documentation, reports, and quality records are accurate and timely
- assist with site launch activities, including setup, training, and process validation
- provide direction and support to small teams to achieve project goals
- maintain flexibility to meet production demands, including overtime and weekend work as needed
