Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 5 years equivalent work experience
  • Proven project management skills
  • Experience in construction industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to resolve complex issues
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Effective communication with multiple stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Norad and Oracle software beneficial
  • Telecom industry experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Identify and work to remove barriers to successful project completion with emphasis on subcontractor issues
  • Provide timely project status updates to Project Managers and escalate unresolved problems
  • Maintain and update company database
  • Generate customized reports and pivot tables using Excel functionality
  • Create and track contracts, purchase orders, submittals, and project close-out manuals
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with external vendors and consultants on project matters
  • Handle correspondence between general contractor, owner, architect, and subcontractors
