Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 5 years equivalent work experience
- Proven project management skills
- Experience in construction industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to resolve complex issues
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective communication with multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with Norad and Oracle software beneficial
- Telecom industry experience preferred

Job Duties
- Identify and work to remove barriers to successful project completion with emphasis on subcontractor issues
- Provide timely project status updates to Project Managers and escalate unresolved problems
- Maintain and update company database
- Generate customized reports and pivot tables using Excel functionality
- Create and track contracts, purchase orders, submittals, and project close-out manuals
- Serve as the primary point of contact with external vendors and consultants on project matters
- Handle correspondence between general contractor, owner, architect, and subcontractors
