- Knowledge of leading practices in the distribution project coordination area

Job Duties
- Champion a corporate culture emphasizing transparency, integrity, safety, environmental responsibility, employee development, diversity and inclusion, customer service, and operational excellence
- Follow all company safety rules and guidelines as outlined in the Cleco safety manual
- Model and promote ethical business conduct and compliance with laws, rules, and regulations
- Ensure distribution facilities meet applicable codes and regulations using code books
- Provide accurate cost estimates to support Distribution Planning, Governmental Service, and Business Development departments
- Meet with customers to plan new service and lighting installations
- Collaborate with engineering staff and other departments to complete project tasks and meet milestones
- Create job packets following Electric Service Standards and Cleco Distribution Construction Manual for proper construction designs and materials
- Verify designs with ArcFM Design Tool for accurate system mapping
- Oversee construction crews to ensure compliance with plans and specifications
- Provide information to acquire necessary right-of-way, permits, and cost details
- Ensure timely work order completion following work management procedures
- Investigate and resolve multiple outage issues
- Assist with service restoration activities including circuit patrol, damage assessment, and contractor crew supervision
- Manage Joint Use transfers in area of responsibility
