Job Requirements

  • Associate degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative and document support experience for senior management
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and Adobe Professional
  • Proficient in 10-key data entry
  • Capable of preparing budget layouts and designing complex equations with accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Knowledge of agency operations and administrative policies
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse staff while maintaining confidentiality
  • Meets all state-required conditions of employment (fingerprint clearance, Child Abuse Index, TB/physical exam, valid driver's license, clean driving record)

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Prior work experience in a not-for-profit setting
  • Experience in a multi-site organization

Job Duties

  • Provide direct support to the Chief Executive Officer and Senior Executive Team on initiatives and projects
  • Prepare and deliver periodic project progress reports
  • Maintain appropriate professional boundaries with staff and consultants
  • Develop, maintain, and execute agency-wide projects from inception through completion
  • Monitor deliverables and timelines
  • identify issues and take corrective action
  • Track and manage project budgets effectively
  • Coordinate agency-wide events as needed
  • Review, update, and maintain agency policies and procedures
  • Support Joint Commission accreditation by monitoring compliance with Behavioral Health Care standards
  • Interface with the Joint Commission regarding standards, requirements, and interpretation
  • Coordinate with regional subject-matter experts to achieve project goals
  • Assist in maintaining the agency SharePoint site and ensuring effective staff communication
  • Represent the agency professionally with internal and external partners
