Job Requirements
- Associate degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative and document support experience for senior management
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and Adobe Professional
- Proficient in 10-key data entry
- Capable of preparing budget layouts and designing complex equations with accuracy
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Knowledge of agency operations and administrative policies
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse staff while maintaining confidentiality
- Meets all state-required conditions of employment (fingerprint clearance, Child Abuse Index, TB/physical exam, valid driver's license, clean driving record)
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Prior work experience in a not-for-profit setting
- Experience in a multi-site organization

Job Duties
- Provide direct support to the Chief Executive Officer and Senior Executive Team on initiatives and projects
- Prepare and deliver periodic project progress reports
- Maintain appropriate professional boundaries with staff and consultants
- Develop, maintain, and execute agency-wide projects from inception through completion
- Monitor deliverables and timelines
- identify issues and take corrective action
- Track and manage project budgets effectively
- Coordinate agency-wide events as needed
- Review, update, and maintain agency policies and procedures
- Support Joint Commission accreditation by monitoring compliance with Behavioral Health Care standards
- Interface with the Joint Commission regarding standards, requirements, and interpretation
- Coordinate with regional subject-matter experts to achieve project goals
- Assist in maintaining the agency SharePoint site and ensuring effective staff communication
- Represent the agency professionally with internal and external partners
