Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree prep in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Interest for corporate finance and business operations
  • Basics in balance sheet items and working capital optimization
  • Basics of profit and loss statement below commercial margin
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to work onsite in Irvine, CA or Melbourne, FL
  • Availability to work core business hours, Monday-Friday
  • Potential travel up to 25 percent
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree prep in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Interest in corporate finance and business operations
  • Basics in balance sheet items and working capital optimization
  • Basics of profit and loss statement below commercial margin
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Job Duties

  • Responsible for program reviews including planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting
  • Build scenario analysis to explain financial impacts
  • Highlight and manage program risks and opportunities with Program Managers
  • Partner with Programs Department and Bid Finance to ensure financial governance
  • Support Sales and Bid Management with financial assessments on new opportunities
  • Prepare and maintain program financial baselines and forecasts
  • Coordinate with Program Management, Finance, Accounts Receivable for revenue accuracy
  • Evaluate program contingencies and efficiency metrics
  • Support internal and external audit reviews with documentation and reconciliations
