The Project Builder role at Marvin is a vital position within the Brand Experience Team, working collaboratively across multiple departments including Channel, Go-to-Market, Product, and Sales, as well as partnering with Dealer networks. This role focuses on supporting in-market product experience initiatives by overseeing the end-to-end display processes. Responsibilities include building and maintaining displays, managing orders and inventory, and orchestrating the transportation and logistical setup and teardown of various product activations. These activations range from events and trade shows to dealer showrooms and both temporary and permanent installations, often operating within tight deadlines.

Success in the Project Builder role demands a diverse skill set. Candidates must possess excellent technical and hand skills, the ability to read and interpret plans and takeoffs, and translate these into physical builds. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for coordinating effectively across internal teams and external partners. This role requires operating equipment safely and with precision, adhering strictly to safety guidelines and manufacturing procedures. The Project Builder will also perform quality inspections to ensure all parts meet specifications, conduct inventory reviews, and support product repair and installation activities.

Physical demands are significant; candidates must be capable of standing for extended periods, walking long distances in industrial settings, bending and lifting up to 50 pounds, and maintaining the stamina to meet fast-paced work requirements. Excellent communication skills and the ability to obtain a forklift operator (Hyster) license are also critical. This position requires travel for setup, teardown, and installation of in-market activations. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, located in Warroad, MN.
