Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in carpentry, construction, or manufacturing preferred
- ability to frequently stand for up to 8 hours and walk long distances
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely
- strong organizational skills
- ability to communicate clearly across teams
- willingness to travel for setups and teardowns
- compliance with safety and manufacturing standards
- ability to complete background check and drug screen
- physical ability to bend, reach, and lift properly

- technical proficiencies including product knowledge and carpentry
- ability to read schematics and takeoffs
- superior hand and technical skills
- excellent communication skills across platforms and with internal and external partners
- ability to work independently and as part of a team

- ability to analyze and resolve complex scenarios
- ability to obtain a Hyster forklift license
Job Duties
- perform safe operation of equipment per operating procedures
- handle all tooling with care
- comply with all safety requirements including manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures
- work in a fast-paced environment with short changeover times to complete multiple profile work orders per shift
- perform quality inspections according to established guidelines
- complete necessary ICIM transactions
- conduct and support cycle counts and annual inventory review
- prep and repair show units for in-market activations
- install updated parts for traveling displays
- work independently and across teams to complete work orders
- maintain accurate records of materials use and labor hours
- support transportation and on-site logistical planning
- ensure displays are packed properly and arrive safely and on time
- partner with onsite vendors for labor and material handling
