Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to lift 50 lbs
- ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
- ability to walk long distances in industrial settings
- range of motion to reach and bend using proper lifting techniques
- excellent communication skills
- ability to obtain a forklift operator license
- willingness to travel for product activation setup and tear down
- compliance with safety and manufacturing procedures
- ability to handle multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience with carpentry and construction skills
- ability to read and interpret schematics and takeoffs
- strong communication skills
- organizational skills with attention to detail
- ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams
- experience with inventory management and quality inspections
- forklift operator certification or ability to obtain a Hyster license
- ability to handle physical demands of standing, walking, lifting, and bending
Job Duties
- Perform safe operation of equipment according to procedures
- comply with all safety requirements and manufacturing documentation
- work efficiently in a fast-paced environment completing multiple profile work orders per shift
- perform quality inspections to ensure parts meet specifications
- complete necessary ICIM transactions
- conduct and support cycle counts and annual inventory reviews and recommend updates
- prep and repair show units for in-market activations
- install updated parts for traveling displays
- work independently and collaboratively to complete work orders
- maintain accurate records of material use and labor hours for each project
- support transportation and on-site logistical planning including packing, timely delivery, and coordination with vendors
