- 1-2 years of experience in a clerical position

Job Duties
- Input data into CJM and process changes to jobs including setting up new customers
- Generate inventory, production count and other miscellaneous reports
- Follow up on material leftovers and assist account managers with leftover balance reports
- Write transportation orders
- Prepare mailpieces and process customer samples
- Verify accuracy of production samples and prepare samples for customer approval
- Assist in the preparation of internal production samples
- Verify and file production quality control pulls
- Perform record keeping and assist in sign-off preparation
- Assist in preparing postage requests, postal reports and scan 3602’s
- Prepare transportation orders to ship samples
- Prepare PDFs for clients
- Assist the quote team with scanning and filing
- Provide backup telephone and switchboard receptionist relief
- Make hospitality arrangements as required
- Maintain confidentiality of company-sensitive data
- Complete special projects as needed
- Implement quality improvement methods to reduce cost and improve efficiency
- Keep manager and supervisor informed of activities impacting goals
- Perform other related duties as required
