Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- three to five years experience in administrative support
- experience in a construction company preferred
- proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- strong organizational and communication skills
- ability to work some nights, weekends and long hours
- ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- attention to detail and accuracy
Job Qualifications
- Three to five years experience
- experience with MS Excel spreadsheets
- experience with MS Word
- experience with MS Outlook
- telephone, fax, and calculator proficiency
- office organization skills
- experience with Textura pay application software preferred
- experience with Viewpoint or Constructware PM software preferred
Job Duties
- Typing and drafting correspondence and memos
- performing typical receptionist tasks
- organizing and maintaining job site filing
- processing invoices
- processing and logging subcontracts, change orders and insurance documentation
- copying, faxing, emailing
- scheduling courier services
- assisting in start-up and close out of job as directed
- maintaining office supplies and office equipment
- process, log and follow up with subcontractors
- other duties as required
