Job Requirements
- ba/bs or equivalent experience and/or education
- valid class c driver’s license with ability to maintain eligibility under airport authority’s authorized drivers program
- successful clearance of tsa background check and drug/alcohol screening
- ability to work at san diego international airport
- legal authorization to work in the united states
- strong analytical and organizational skills
- proficient in microsoft excel
Job Qualifications
- bachelor’s degree in business administration or accounting
- 2+ years of related experience
- knowledge and experience with accounts payable and general cost control and reporting
- capable of reviewing invoices for proper coding and contractual conformity
- knowledge of accounting principles and techniques
- proficient in using Excel
- strong attention to detail
- excellent communication and collaboration skills
Job Duties
- Review contractor and consultant invoices for accuracy and completeness
- audit invoices to ensure correct rates, proper documentation, and compliance with contract terms
- code and process invoices, change orders, and other financial documents
- maintain historical records of payments, contract amendments, and reimbursable expenses
- support financial reporting and auditing efforts
- collaborate with project teams and vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies
- ensure compliance with TSA and Airport Authority requirements
