Job Requirements

  • ba/bs or equivalent experience and/or education
  • valid class c driver’s license with ability to maintain eligibility under airport authority’s authorized drivers program
  • successful clearance of tsa background check and drug/alcohol screening
  • ability to work at san diego international airport
  • legal authorization to work in the united states
  • strong analytical and organizational skills
  • proficient in microsoft excel

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor’s degree in business administration or accounting
  • 2+ years of related experience
  • knowledge and experience with accounts payable and general cost control and reporting
  • capable of reviewing invoices for proper coding and contractual conformity
  • knowledge of accounting principles and techniques
  • proficient in using Excel
  • strong attention to detail
  • excellent communication and collaboration skills

Job Duties

  • Review contractor and consultant invoices for accuracy and completeness
  • audit invoices to ensure correct rates, proper documentation, and compliance with contract terms
  • code and process invoices, change orders, and other financial documents
  • maintain historical records of payments, contract amendments, and reimbursable expenses
  • support financial reporting and auditing efforts
  • collaborate with project teams and vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies
  • ensure compliance with TSA and Airport Authority requirements
