Job Requirements
- Minimum high school certificate
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a resort administrative position
- Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Publisher, and Access
- Working knowledge of Delphi and Adobe InDesign
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is usually exposed to an indoor climate-controlled environment and frequently exposed to a variable outdoor environment
- The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to ten (10) pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to twenty-five (25) pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than fifty (50) pounds
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
- Must have flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Reserve meeting space for lectures, events, meetings, etc.
- Produce event orders and distribute
- Attend BEO meetings twice weekly to coordinate meeting room assignments with Events
- Produce class sign up cards as needed
- Produce, print and distribute Special Offerings and Lectures list for Front Office to insert in schedule weekly
- Assist with small projects for Programs e.g. promotional fliers/spreadsheets/handouts
- Produce signs, fliers, brochures and booklets for Programs as needed
- Maintain expenses and complete ordering following purchasing guidelines
- Enter and code Independent Contractor invoices into checkbook and send to accounting for payment
- Assist managers with entering one-on-one availability, computer software and use issues as needed
- Provide support with handouts, name tags, agendas and binders for special programs
- Create and edit event orders for programs
- Update Miraval web site data
