Job Duties

  • assist the lifestyle director with scheduling all events by coordinating use of facilities
  • book entertainment and community group events
  • promote events through publicity materials like newsletters and fliers
  • manage promotional materials such as signs, posters, and tickets and assist with event decor setup
  • coordinate contract requirements by liaising with management, staff, and vendors
  • attend events to engage with guests, provide support, and gather resident feedback
  • oversee post-event cleanup and ensure all items are properly stored
  • maintain flexibility to work evenings or weekends for special events
