Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operational event management
  • Experience managing a regular schedule of events
  • Knowledge of food and beverage and BOH terminology
  • Proficiency in TripleSeat event software
  • Experience with third-party rental vendors
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure
  • Experience working with high-profile talent
  • Hospitality industry experience

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field of study preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of operational event role experience in a professional, full-time capacity
  • Proven experience producing a consistent schedule of back-to-back events
  • Strong understanding of food and beverage and back-of-house terminology
  • Proficient in building floorplans and BEOs using TripleSeat event management software
  • Familiar with managing third-party rental companies
  • Multifaceted with the ability to adapt and pivot effectively
  • Advanced technical skills, especially in audiovisual troubleshooting
  • Experience handling white-glove talent and engaging with members and associates at all levels
  • Background in hospitality

Job Duties

  • Lead all aspects of club-wide programming event execution and post-event coordination
  • Serve as the point person for internal teams and external vendors, ensuring timely and well-equipped arrivals
  • Manage multiple communication channels to disseminate pre-event information and create BEOs in TripleSeat
  • Oversee event setup, duration, and technical components, ensuring a superior member multisensory experience
  • Welcome members and take attendance at the door, cue program segments including Q&A sessions
  • Coordinate logistics surrounding event rentals and keep costs within budget
  • Maintain maximum occupancy compliance, safety, and emergency response protocols at events
