Job Duties
- supporting the deputy executive director/chief engineer with meetings, scheduling, and calendar management
- managing end-to-end processing of travel, travel expenses, equipment usage, and timesheets within FMS
- reviewing, verifying, and validating invoices and documents for approval
- maintaining accurate audits of inventory and office supplies
- managing agendas and materials for district engineer and staff meetings
- coordinating with divisions, districts, and the executive director's office
- supporting event planning and logistics for Office of Highways programs
