Job Requirements
- Master's degree in childhood education or related field
- Five years of experience as an early childhood teacher
- Skilled with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Knowledge of the Bombeck Center's curriculum or similar science and reading-focused early childhood curriculum
- Experience as a program administrator in a child care facility
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and effective time management skills
- Child center administration experience including managing licensing, accreditation, curriculum support, parent and staff communication, conflict resolution, and community building
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Bombeck Family Learning Center related to licensing and accreditation
- Engage with parents and staff to foster a collaborative community
- Resolve conflicts and support effective communication among stakeholders
- Serve as master teacher for the Infant/Toddler Classrooms
- Collaborate with the Senior Director and leadership team on programming and strategic planning
- Manage reception area opening and closing as needed
- Provide input and support for program design and curriculum implementation
