Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in health care administration business administration or a related field
- 3-5 years of management experience preferred
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- willingness to remain flexible in a changing healthcare environment
- ability to manage budgets and track expenditures
- experience with program development and coordination
- availability for hybrid work including travel to various sites
- proficient in data collection and report generation
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration Business Administration or related field
- previous management experience including envisioning and coordinating successful programs with 3-5 years preferred
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ability to remain flexible in changing academic and healthcare delivery landscapes
- strategic leadership and program oversight experience for peer support and stress first aid programs preferred
- experience in developing delivering and overseeing emotional well-being education and training
- skills in recruiting training orienting and supervising clinical and non-clinical peer supporters
- ability to lead meetings develop educational content and provide ongoing consultation to peer supporters
- experience in building and maintaining partnerships program evaluation data collection and reporting
Job Duties
- Manage develop and coordinate outreach and EmWELL programming
- review year to date expenditures and take corrective actions as necessary
- track budget against business plan and ensure compliance with fiscal constraints
- partner with leadership team to develop departmental short and long term goals and objectives
- meet with staff members to discuss progress and develop future courses of action
- develop and execute programs and projects analyzing business objectives
- work with leadership team to formulate plan for professional development
- attend educational in-services across various Emory sites
- participate in professional activities to maintain knowledge of current trends and practices
- collect organize and analyze data to generate reports on program growth and improvement
- develop and facilitate effective meetings
- manage and evaluate multiple meetings per month
- offer administrative assistance to Director of Special Projects
- manage and evaluate emBRACE peer support program
- coordinate and manage meals events and EmWELL-related gatherings
- manage and evaluate recognition practices and celebrations
- dedicate specific time to Sprint projects as requested
- maintain active shared files via Teams Sharepoint and other applications
- monitor emWELL email inbox and escalate time-sensitive matters
- manage and evaluate new initiatives devised by EmWELL leaders
