Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 3-5 years of project or program management experience in aerospace, aviation, defense, or comparable technical industry
  • Ability to remain calm and effective in fast-paced environments
  • Aviation experience preferred
  • PMP certification desired
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, delegate effectively, motivate team members, and foster collaboration
  • Skilled in managing, assigning, and tracking multiple tasks with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally
  • Must meet criteria of a U.S. person under ITAR 22 CFR 120.62

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 3-5 years of project or program management experience in aerospace, aviation, defense, or comparable technical industry
  • PMP certification desired
  • Proven leadership skills including team motivation, delegation, and collaboration facilitation
  • Experience managing multiple tasks with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to remain calm and effective in fast-paced environments
  • Aviation experience preferred, pilot's license a plus
  • Eligibility as a U.S. person under ITAR 22 CFR 120.62

Job Duties

  • Lead planning and execution of assigned aircraft programs in line with scope, schedule, budget, and quality
  • Monitor project tasks across all functional areas to ensure objectives are met and configuration compliance is maintained
  • Serve as primary customer contact managing requests, facilitating meetings, and communicating status
  • Coordinate with Program Managers, Planners, Engineering, Production, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate communication and timely decisions
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans while escalating as needed
  • Manage task-tracking systems to ensure all deliverables are logged, monitored, and completed
  • Develop and maintain detailed project timelines tracking milestones across engineering, production, and testing
  • Coordinate customer entry-into-service activities facilitating smooth production-to-operation transition
  • Prepare and deliver internal and external project reports and presentations
