Job Requirements
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with technical and non-technical teams
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- Intermediate level knowledge of Excel including pivot tables, charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested IF formulas, data cleansing, and array formulas
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Preferred: 3+ years of driving end to end delivery and communicating with senior leadership
- Preferred: 3+ years of driving process improvements
- Preferred: experience in stakeholder management across varied organizational levels
- Preferred: experience building processes, project management, and schedules
Job Duties
- Manage full lifecycle of real estate expansion process from business requirement to lease signing through cross-functional partnerships
- Develop and drive overall program strategy to deliver new fulfillment locations
- Define program mission, vision, and objectives
- Analyze data and drive quantifiable improvements
- Work autonomously in ambiguous environments to understand business problems and scaling factors
- Partner with cross-functional teams to source, allocate, and coordinate resources
- Communicate and impact critical business initiatives with program managers, business leaders, and executives
- Develop and govern KPI reporting for a portfolio of programs
- Engage with Amazon business units globally to share best practices and improve outcomes
