Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in public safety or emergency management
- Proven track record in program oversight or strategic operations
- Extensive experience in vendor or people management
- Deep knowledge of US first responder and public safety protocols (ICS/NIMS)
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong cultural competence in the public safety sector
- Collaborative approach to risk management
- Willingness to travel approximately 20% domestically and internationally
- Ability to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for incident management

Job Duties
- Drive the strategic vision and operational excellence of the Public Safety Outreach program
- Manage and optimize a vendor-based team of First Responder Ambassadors
- Scale the certification and quality assurance process for the Ambassador program
- Establish a data-driven framework to measure training effectiveness
- Oversee the strategic roadmap for industry event participation
- Develop scalable program playbooks and internal policies for public safety communication
