Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in public safety or emergency management
  • Proven track record in program oversight or strategic operations
  • Extensive experience in vendor or people management
  • Deep knowledge of US first responder and public safety protocols (ICS/NIMS)
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Strong cultural competence in the public safety sector
  • Collaborative approach to risk management
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20% domestically and internationally
  • Ability to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for incident management

Job Duties

  • Drive the strategic vision and operational excellence of the Public Safety Outreach program
  • Manage and optimize a vendor-based team of First Responder Ambassadors
  • Scale the certification and quality assurance process for the Ambassador program
  • Establish a data-driven framework to measure training effectiveness
  • Oversee the strategic roadmap for industry event participation
  • Develop scalable program playbooks and internal policies for public safety communication
