Job Duties
- support external and internal constituent groups by coordinating events, reserving office space, managing calendars, gathering and circulating information, answering phone lines
- collaborate with team members to ensure highest quality visitor experience including managing visitor data
- perform data management tasks including updating CRM platform, managing Mailchimp, email accounts, and calendars
- maintain and update governmental relations materials, develop briefs, request and organize relevant data
- draft and prepare letters, note cards, and handle efficient distribution and follow-ups
- make purchases, order supplies, transact reimbursements, reconcile accounts, and adhere to university credit card policies
- manage building landlord relations, oversee inventory and scheduling requests, ensure proper invoicing and technology facilitation
- coordinate planning and execution of high-profile events in Washington, D.C.
