Job Requirements

  • BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field
  • 10+ years work experience in technology organizations
  • 7+ years of technical program or product management experience
  • Experience managing global events or hackathons
  • Proven track record with innovation programs
  • Excellent project and program management skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Understanding of Generative AI tools and frameworks
  • Experience in global, multicultural environments
  • Financial management skills
  • Ability to scale and measure program impact
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and sound judgment
  • Collaboration skills

Job Qualifications

  • BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or equivalent field
  • 10+ years experience in technology organization
  • 7+ years in technical program or product management
  • Experience in global event management or large-scale technology initiatives
  • Proven success in managing innovation programs in large companies
  • Excellent project and program management skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Understanding of Generative AI technologies and applications
  • Demonstrated experience scaling programs and measuring impact
  • Experience working within global, distributed, matrixed organizations
  • Financial management and budgeting experience
  • Familiarity with /dxg technologies and Wolters Kluwer products a plus
  • Strong collaboration and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and work with subject matter experts

Job Duties

  • Develop and implement strategy to expand GenAI hackathons and tech events
  • Lead end-to-end program management for hackathon initiatives including budgeting and logistics
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure event alignment with company goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with business stakeholders to integrate hackathon insights into business strategies
  • Champion experimentation of GenAI ideas and monitor adoption into products
  • Supervise Project Manager with focus on guidance and performance feedback
  • Establish and report on metrics for hackathon success
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and AI ethics in all events
