Job Requirements
- BS degree in computer science engineering business or equivalent field
- 10+ years work experience in technology organization
- 7+ years of experience in technical program management or technical product management
- experience in global event management or large scale technology activities such as hackathons
- proven track record of managing innovation programs in large corporate organizations
- excellent project and program management skills
- strong communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- understanding of generative AI technologies including tools frameworks and applications
- experience in scaling programs measuring impact and translating ideas into business outcomes
- cross functional experience within distributed global and matrixed organizations
- financial management skills including preparing input for finance team
- familiarity with dxg technologies and wk products is a plus

Job Duties
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to expand the scope and impact of GenAI hackathons including the annual global event and smaller workshops
- Lead end-to-end program management for hackathon initiatives from conceptualization to post-event evaluation
- Build and maintain relationships with business stakeholders to integrate hackathon insights into broader business strategies
- Champion experimentation of promising GenAI ideas and collaborate with Technology leaders on adoption and inclusion
- Directly supervise Project Manager providing guidance and fostering a high-performing team
- Establish metrics to evaluate hackathon success and prepare reports for senior leadership
- Ensure all events comply with company policies legal requirements and ethical standards
