Job Requirements

  • BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or equivalent
  • 10+ years experience in technology organizations
  • 7+ years experience in technical program or product management
  • Experience in global event management or hackathons
  • Proven success managing innovation programs in complex organizations
  • Strong project and program management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Understanding of Generative AI technologies
  • Experience scaling programs and measuring impact
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in global matrixed setups
  • Financial management capabilities
  • Willingness to appear onsite during recruitment process

Job Qualifications

  • Proven track record managing innovation programs in large organizations

  • Experience scaling programs and translating ideas into business outcomes
  • Cross-functional experience in global matrixed organizations
  • Financial management skills
  • Familiarity with Wolters Kluwer products and DXG technologies a plus
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Proven ability to build positive relationships across groups
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and make sound decisions
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills

Job Duties

  • Develop and implement strategy to expand GenAI hackathons and technology events
  • Lead end-to-end program management for hackathon initiatives including budgeting and logistics
  • Build and maintain relationships with business stakeholders and executives
  • Champion experimentation of GenAI ideas and track their integration into product roadmaps
  • Manage and provide guidance to a Project Manager
  • Establish metrics to evaluate hackathon success and prepare reports for senior leadership
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and AI ethics
