Job Requirements
- BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or equivalent
- 10+ years experience in technology organizations
- 7+ years experience in technical program or product management
- Experience in global event management or hackathons
- Proven success managing innovation programs in complex organizations
- Strong project and program management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Understanding of Generative AI technologies
- Experience scaling programs and measuring impact
- Ability to work cross-functionally in global matrixed setups
- Financial management capabilities
- Willingness to appear onsite during recruitment process

Job Duties
- Develop and implement strategy to expand GenAI hackathons and technology events
- Lead end-to-end program management for hackathon initiatives including budgeting and logistics
- Build and maintain relationships with business stakeholders and executives
- Champion experimentation of GenAI ideas and track their integration into product roadmaps
- Manage and provide guidance to a Project Manager
- Establish metrics to evaluate hackathon success and prepare reports for senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and AI ethics
