Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science, or Bachelor of Business Administration degree or ten plus years related experience
  • minimum seven years of aerospace logistics, maintenance or supply chain experience with military operating environments exposure
  • excellent oral and written communication skills
  • proficiency in MS Office
  • ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • ability to stand, walk, sit, squat, stretch, and bend intermittently throughout the day
  • ability to see and hear or use prosthetics enabling these senses
  • ability to travel up to 30 percent of the time
  • work primarily onsite in Chicago area with hybrid remote option

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science, or Bachelor of Business Administration degree from a four-year college or university
  • minimum of seven years experience in aerospace logistics, maintenance, or supply chain with military environment exposure
  • excellent oral and written communication skills
  • proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • prior experience with Department of Defense and Foreign Military Sales contracts preferred
  • PMP certification or similar project management credential preferred

Job Duties

  • Support overall management and performance of contracts IAW the PWS/SoW
  • serve as primary focal point for program status on behalf of General Manager
  • ensure CDRL management, Program Management Reviews, and MIS/IT functions are completed and standardized
  • support identification and achievement of program cost targets and financial goals
  • manage task priorities, operational constraints, and deadlines
  • manage subcontractors to ensure compliant completion of obligations
  • provide daily supervision and direction to assigned staff
  • comply with all safety and compliance regulations
  • travel as required
  • perform all other duties as assigned
