Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science, or Bachelor of Business Administration degree or ten plus years related experience
- minimum seven years of aerospace logistics, maintenance or supply chain experience with military operating environments exposure
- excellent oral and written communication skills
- proficiency in MS Office
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- ability to stand, walk, sit, squat, stretch, and bend intermittently throughout the day
- ability to see and hear or use prosthetics enabling these senses
- ability to travel up to 30 percent of the time
- work primarily onsite in Chicago area with hybrid remote option
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science, or Bachelor of Business Administration degree from a four-year college or university
- minimum of seven years experience in aerospace logistics, maintenance, or supply chain with military environment exposure
- excellent oral and written communication skills
- proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- prior experience with Department of Defense and Foreign Military Sales contracts preferred
- PMP certification or similar project management credential preferred
Job Duties
- Support overall management and performance of contracts IAW the PWS/SoW
- serve as primary focal point for program status on behalf of General Manager
- ensure CDRL management, Program Management Reviews, and MIS/IT functions are completed and standardized
- support identification and achievement of program cost targets and financial goals
- manage task priorities, operational constraints, and deadlines
- manage subcontractors to ensure compliant completion of obligations
- provide daily supervision and direction to assigned staff
- comply with all safety and compliance regulations
- travel as required
- perform all other duties as assigned
