Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a related field
  • Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong communication skills
  • Intermediate skills in database applications
  • Knowledge of Aviation Safety Systems and regulations
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of interview
  • Reliable attendance
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in technical, safety, or aviation-related discipline or related experience
  • Minimum 4 years of related experience
  • Commercial pilot certificate may account for 1 year of work experience
  • Advanced MS 365 skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Intermediate database application skills
  • Knowledge of Safety Management Systems
  • Familiarity with Aviation Safety Action Programs
  • Understanding of air carrier operations regulations
  • Aviation security knowledge
  • Experience creating executive-level presentations and data analysis
  • Proficiency in data visualization and dashboards such as Power BI, Spotfire, or Foundry
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Reliable and punctual attendance

Job Duties

  • Ensure the successful administration of Aviation Safety Action Programs
  • Analyze safety trends and data
  • Interface with Divisional SMS teams
  • Process safety reports and conduct investigations
  • Facilitate Event Review Committee meetings
  • Advocate corrective actions to prevent recurrence
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and data presentations
  • Coordinate logistics for ASAP business meetings
  • Support digital technology change management
  • Manage ETQ change requests
  • Liaise with management, unions, and regulatory agencies such as the FAA
