Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a related field
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication skills
- Intermediate skills in database applications
- Knowledge of Aviation Safety Systems and regulations
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview
- Reliable attendance
- Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in technical, safety, or aviation-related discipline or related experience
- Minimum 4 years of related experience
- Commercial pilot certificate may account for 1 year of work experience
- Advanced MS 365 skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Intermediate database application skills
- Knowledge of Safety Management Systems
- Familiarity with Aviation Safety Action Programs
- Understanding of air carrier operations regulations
- Aviation security knowledge
- Experience creating executive-level presentations and data analysis
- Proficiency in data visualization and dashboards such as Power BI, Spotfire, or Foundry
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Reliable and punctual attendance
Job Duties
- Ensure the successful administration of Aviation Safety Action Programs
- Analyze safety trends and data
- Interface with Divisional SMS teams
- Process safety reports and conduct investigations
- Facilitate Event Review Committee meetings
- Advocate corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Develop and maintain dashboards and data presentations
- Coordinate logistics for ASAP business meetings
- Support digital technology change management
- Manage ETQ change requests
- Liaise with management, unions, and regulatory agencies such as the FAA
