Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, aviation, or related field
- minimum eight years of industry experience in airline operations or software delivery
- minimum three years in a leadership or management role
- proven project management experience managing enterprise software implementations valued over $1 million
- strong knowledge of crew management or flight planning domains
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to lead and motivate geographically dispersed teams
- proficiency in risk management and budget oversight
- willingness to work hybrid remote with office presence in Dallas, NC
- legal authorization to work in the United States or Canada
Job Qualifications
- Eight plus years of experience in professional services, consulting, or product delivery
- minimum three years in a managerial role overseeing delivery teams
- deep practical understanding of airline operations, especially crew management or flight planning
- proven ability to manage large-scale, complex enterprise software implementations
- experience with project management methodologies such as PMP
- exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- advanced degree in a related technical or business field preferred
- hands-on experience with enterprise software vendors like CAE, Sabre, or Jeppessen preferred
- experience in change management and organizational transformation
Job Duties
- Mentor and manage a diverse team of technical and business consultants
- conduct regular project reviews providing corrective action and strategic guidance
- define and standardize best practices, methodologies, and tools for product implementation
- work closely with client stakeholders to manage expectations and negotiate project scope changes
- manage, track, and support budget forecasting and utilization monitoring
- proactively identify and manage risks across the delivery portfolio
- develop mitigation strategies for technical and operational challenges
