Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent specialized training
- minimum three years of related experience
- knowledge of recruitment strategies
- experience with admissions processes
- familiarity with hospitality programs

- strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Plan, develop and administer recruitment methods and procedures
- direct daily activities of staff members
- prepare and monitor annual recruitment budget
- coordinate activities to meet enrollment goals
- prepare and review reports tracking recruitment progress
- analyze trends and modify strategies accordingly
- formulate and maintain program administration policies
- manage grant activities including communication and scholarships
- prepare grant proposals
- perform other related duties
- develop and implement student recruitment strategies
- develop relationships with educational institutions and community partners
- track and report recruitment and enrollment data
- collaborate with university admissions
- plan and manage recruitment events
- promote academic programs
- manage communications with prospective students
- conduct campus tours
- collaborate with internal departments and student organizations
- supervise student ambassadors
- train and supervise recruitment staff
