Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • three years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • demonstrated ability to prioritize work

  • experience working independently and collaboratively
  • ability to supervise staff
  • physical ability to perform desk-based computer tasks and occasional lifting

Job Duties

  • Independently implement, administer and evaluate day-to-day activities of the unit, collect and analyze data and create reports, analyze and interpret policies and develop procedures, represent the program as the key contact and subject matter expert, organize and participate in outreach activities and event planning, manage daily office operations including reception and scheduling, assist with hiring, training and supervising student staff, oversee creation of accurate rosters and manage service requests, coordinate meeting space requests and communicate with building managers, provide event planning support for R&DE and university-hosted events
