Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree in social services or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience

Job Duties

  • Facilitate CSFP distributions via direct distribution, DoorDash delivery, and/or agency drop sites as assigned
  • research community needs and resources utilizing data to inform strategy
  • conduct regular site visits, create orders, coordinate with Operations Team, and resolve order fulfillment issues
  • maintain and build relationships with site coordinators and other relevant stakeholders ensuring program standards and compliance at all sites
  • address neighbor/stakeholder inquiries by researching root causes impacting food distribution to ensure resolution and satisfaction
  • enroll program participants, track participation, and regularly update program records in Link2Feed
  • perform general administrative functions including answering neighbor and stakeholder communications, processing CSFP applications, tracking inventory, creating and updating flyers and calendars, and printing distribution materials
  • educate seniors on the benefits of CSFP/PAN and certify qualified individuals while referring non-eligible persons to alternative resources
  • create, maintain, update, and distribute program documents, agreements, and trainings in coordination with the Quality team
  • represent NTFB Programs at community events, coalitions, donor and media meetings
  • update processes, resolve operational challenges, and collaborate within and beyond the CSFP team focusing on continuous improvement
  • perform other tasks and duties as assigned
