Job Requirements

  • master’s degree in the human service/behavioral health field
  • five years of clinical and related work experience
  • minimum of two years supervisory experience

Job Duties

  • oversee intake and admission process and program census management
  • monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of staff interventions and collaborate with collateral care providers and treatment providers
  • act on behalf of the Regional Director in his/her absence under the supervision of the Chief Operating Officer
  • maintain statistical records for monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as mandated by regulatory and SERV requirements and closely monitor program compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements
  • perform other duties as deemed appropriate by supervisor
  • take the lead in developing a program or set of activities designed to monitor, evaluate and improve care
  • provide services to enhance the health of clients and the effective use of resources
