Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree or equivalent event management and relevant hospitality experience
  • 2+ years of experience in event coordination or event administrative support roles
  • advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software programs
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • positive and customer-service oriented personality
  • ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • physical capability to move around office buildings and operate computer equipment

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree or equivalent event management and relevant hospitality experience
  • 2+ years of experience in event coordination or event administrative support roles
  • advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software programs
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong grammar and proofreading abilities
  • positive, professional, customer-service oriented personality with strong interpersonal skills
  • ability to work independently with minimal direction
  • physical capability to move around office buildings and operate computer equipment effectively
  • experience with Microsoft Visio or CAD software for space planning and layout design preferred
  • experience working in fast-paced corporate environments preferred
  • demonstrated multitasking ability with attention to detail preferred
  • background in process improvement and policy development for event management preferred
  • experience with large-scale corporate event coordination and vendor management preferred
  • knowledge of facilities management principles and space utilization optimization preferred

Job Duties

  • process event requests and maintain ongoing correspondence with Amazon customers and stakeholders
  • coordinate and lead comprehensive planning meetings and site walkthroughs for upcoming events
  • provide on-site coverage and real-time troubleshooting during high-impact corporate events
  • organize and compile detailed event data metrics to track performance and identify trends
  • create and maintain standardized event documents and tracking systems for operational efficiency
  • respond to customer feedback and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery
  • support inter-vendor communications and coordinate resources for optimal event space preparation
