Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent event management and relevant hospitality experience
  • 2+ years of experience in event coordination or event administrative support roles
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software programs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong grammar and proofreading abilities
  • Positive, professional, customer-service oriented personality with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction while meeting strict attendance requirements
  • Physical capability to move around office buildings and operate computer equipment effectively

Job Duties

  • Process event requests and maintain ongoing correspondence with Amazon customers and stakeholders
  • Coordinate and lead comprehensive planning meetings and site walkthroughs for upcoming events
  • Provide on-site coverage and real-time troubleshooting during high-impact corporate events
  • Organize and compile detailed event data metrics to track performance and identify trends
  • Create and maintain standardized event documents and tracking systems for operational efficiency
  • Respond to customer feedback and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery
  • Support inter-vendor communications and coordinate resources for optimal event space preparation
