Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in health administration, business, public health, or related field
- seven years of progressively responsible experience in project or program coordination
- at least three years supporting executive leadership
- demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
- experience producing meeting minutes, action logs, and executive-level communications
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in health administration, business, public health, or related field
- seven years of progressively responsible experience in project or program coordination
- at least three years of experience supporting executive leadership
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
- experience producing meeting minutes and executive communications
- project-management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt) or willingness to obtain within 12 months
- familiarity with enterprise HR/payroll systems such as OurDay and Axiom
- knowledge of financial tracking
Job Duties
- Coordinate and execute over 10 recurring executive-level governance meetings
- manage cross-functional projects that support population health initiatives
- produce meeting minutes, action logs, and executive-level communications
- serve as liaison for HR and payroll processes within the department
- optimize operational workflows and processes to improve program efficiency
- support strategic planning efforts for population health leadership
- ensure seamless communication and coordination among various stakeholders
