Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in education life sciences agriculture or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Four years of related experience
- Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in data collection analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with online databases and basic MS Office
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team

Job Duties
- Plans and organizes various educational programs including workshops seminars and training sessions ensuring logistical arrangements are in place
- Serves as the primary point of contact for participants and clients addressing inquiries providing information and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collects relevant data related to program participation outcomes and feedback and accurately reports this information to the online database
- Assists in establishing goals objectives policies and procedures and with strategic planning
- Collaborates with staff to share program data and insights facilitating informed decision-making and continuous improvement
- Works closely with participants to identify suitable internship opportunities facilitate placements and ensure a positive experience for all parties involved
- Responsible for daily fiscal and purchasing activities and assists in preparation and monitoring of budget for programs and events
